Constructed from 304 medical-grade stainless steel, these trays offer maximum corrosion resistance and long-term durability, even through repeated autoclave, steam, or gas sterilization cycles.

The open wire mesh design ensures comprehensive exposure to sterilizing agents, promoting faster drying and more effective sterilization. Ideal for surgical, dental, and laboratory instruments, these trays offer superior instrument security while maintaining easy access and visual inspection during and after processing.

Available in DIN standard sizes (Full, Half, Quarter), our mesh trays are compatible with all major washer-disinfectors and autoclave machines. We also specialize in custom sizing and design, making it possible to meet unique clinical or departmental needs.

Our mesh trays are manufactured using advanced techniques including spot welding, laser cutting, and edge folding to eliminate burrs and sharp corners — reducing the risk of injury to CSSD staff and preventing damage to gloves, sterile wraps, or delicate instruments. Optional features such as silicone mats, dividers, and color-coded tags are also available to improve organization and handling.
